 Black pepper

 salt

How to make cabbage crumbs:

Preparing cabbage farofa is very simple! First, bring to medium-low heat a deep skillet or pan with the oil or oil and saute the onion and garlic until it starts to brown.

Tip: If you want to add cabbage farofa with bacon or pepperoni, add this sauteing ingredient along with the onion and garlic.

After the previous step add the cabbage and cover. Cook for about 5 minutes over medium-low heat, so that the cabbage cooks in its own steam, until it wilts. Then stir and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Then add the manioc flour and mix it well. Leave on medium heat for another 2-3 minutes, or until crumbs are loose.

If your cabbage crumb is dry, add a little more olive oil, oil or even butter and mix. You can also add other spices and ingredients to your liking, such as pepper sauce, lemon juice, banana, egg, etc.

Your cabbage crumb is ready to serve! It goes well with a wide variety of dishes, such as barbecue ribs and even simple salmon fried in olive oil. Do it and let us know what you think. Enjoy your food!
